What we are building

Most professional work is agreed in conversation: scope, prices, deadlines, approvals. Yet the record of those conversations is usually a half-finished note, a memory, or nothing at all. MeetMemo is a mobile app that records or imports a meeting, turns it into structured notes, keeps it searchable, tracks the follow-ups and drafts the documents that come next.

Our positioning is simple: your AI meeting memory and follow-up assistant. Record once. Remember everything. Follow up on time.

Who it is for

Freelancers, consultants, agencies, sales professionals, small business owners, project managers, coaches and other client-facing professionals who run recurring meetings and need to be able to say, with evidence, what was agreed. See solutions.

Principles

• Say what is real. MeetMemo is in early access. Every capability is labelled with its status on the features page, and the changelog lists only verified releases.
• Keep you in control. AI produces drafts. You review, edit and confirm before anything becomes a task, a commitment or a document.
• Keep meetings on your device. Meeting content is stored encrypted on your phone by default. It leaves only when you run an AI action. See the Privacy Policy.
• Be honest about limits. We publish what the product cannot do, such as joining third-party video calls, as clearly as what it can.

What we do not publish

We do not show customer logos, testimonials, ratings, usage numbers or awards, because there are none to show yet. When there are, they will be real.
