Never Forget a Promise Made to a Prospect
Sales is a chain of small commitments. MeetMemo captures requirements, objections and next steps from each call and keeps the follow-ups from slipping.
What gets lost on sales calls
Prospects describe their problem once. If you do not record what they said, you ask again on the next call, which looks careless. Objections get paraphrased, the budget "around forty" becomes "forty" in your notes, and the promised case study is never sent.
Workflows
- Prospect discovery. Record the call (with consent) and get client requirements, budget references and risks listed separately.
- Customer requirements. Keep the prospect's own words, with a timestamp, so your proposal reflects what they said.
- Objections. Review the objections in the notes before the next conversation, instead of from memory.
- Commitments. Anything you promised becomes a task with a reminder, such as "send pricing Thursday".
- Follow-up scheduling. Use the suggested follow-up message as a draft, and review it before you send. See the meeting follow-up template.
Fit and limits
MeetMemo is not a CRM and does not log activity to one, manage pipelines or forecast. It captures what happened in each conversation so that you can enter or act on it. Recording consent matters especially in sales: laws differ by country and some require everyone's consent, so read the recording consent guide. MeetMemo does not join video calls; record in person or import a recording you are permitted to use.

Does it connect to my CRM?
No. There is no CRM integration today.
Can it write my follow-up email?
It suggests a follow-up message from the notes. You edit it and send it yourself.
Can I record a Zoom call?
MeetMemo does not join calls. Import a recording from the platform if you have permission.
