Meeting Memory for Consultants and Advisors
Your value is in what you heard and what you recommend. MeetMemo keeps a searchable, source-linked record of discovery sessions, stakeholder decisions and deliverables.
Where consulting loses information
Consulting engagements run on long conversations with several stakeholders over months. Information gets lost in predictable places: the discovery meeting where the real problem was mentioned in passing, the stakeholder who approved something verbally, the recommendation that depended on an assumption nobody wrote down, and the follow-up you promised in minute 41.
Workflows
- Discovery meetings. Record, transcribe and generate notes with client requirements, risks and unresolved questions separated out.
- Stakeholder decisions. Confirmed decisions are listed apart from ideas, with a reference to the moment in the recording.
- Recommendations. Ask across past meetings, for example "What constraints did finance mention?", and read the sources before you write the recommendation. See searchable meeting history.
- Deliverables. Produce meeting minutes, a requirements specification or a progress report from your notes. See branded business documents.
- Client follow-ups. Turn commitments into tasks with reminders, and use the suggested follow-up message as a starting point.
Fit and limits
MeetMemo supports your memory and paperwork. It does not replace your methodology, your engagement tracker or your CRM. AI summaries can miss nuance, so consultants should check important decisions against the transcript. Keep client confidentiality in mind: recordings stay on your device encrypted, but running AI actions sends the selected content to an AI service. Check your client agreements, and read the Privacy Policy and the recording consent guide first.

Can I keep notes separated by client?
You can record a client and project name on each meeting, and the client name shows in your meeting list. Search covers notes, transcripts and documents. Filtering by client is not available yet.
Is it suitable for confidential engagements?
Local files are encrypted, but AI processing sends content to an AI service when you run it. Decide with your client agreement in mind.
Can I export minutes for the client?
Yes, as a PDF after you review and edit them.
