1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the MeetMemo website and the MeetMemo app. MeetMemo is in early access, and features may change, be limited or be withdrawn. By using MeetMemo you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You sign in with an email address and a one-time code. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your device and email secure. Provide accurate information and tell us if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse MeetMemo, including by attempting to disrupt it, bypass plan limits, reverse engineer it, or use it to break the law or others' rights.

4. Recording and your content

You decide what to record, import and process. You are responsible for informing participants and obtaining all consents required by law before recording or processing any conversation, and for having the right to use any file you import. See the recording consent guide.

You keep ownership of your content. You give us permission to process the content you choose to send for AI actions solely to provide the result to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. AI output is a draft

Transcripts, summaries, answers and documents are generated with AI and can be wrong or incomplete. MeetMemo is not a substitute for your own review and professional judgment. You are responsible for checking AI output before relying on it, sharing it, or making commercial or legal commitments. Proposals, quotations and other documents are drafts, not legal, financial or tax advice, and are not contracts unless you and the other party make them so.

6. Plans, limits and subscriptions

MeetMemo may offer a free plan and paid plans with monthly usage limits. Paid subscriptions, when available, are purchased through Google Play Billing and are governed by Google Play's terms for payments, renewal, cancellation and refunds. We do not take card details on this website. Prices are shown in the app and in Google Play at the time of purchase.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep MeetMemo available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may change the product and these terms; we will update this page and its date.

8. Disclaimers and liability

MeetMemo is provided "as is" during early access, to the extent the law allows. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by reliance on AI output, missed reminders, lost recordings or unavailable services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. The final wording of this section requires legal review.

9. Ending use

You may stop using MeetMemo and delete your account in the app at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms.

The company shown at the top of this page provides MeetMemo. The governing law will be confirmed before launch. Contact us through the contact page.
