Client Meeting Notes for Digital Agencies
Agency work depends on what the client approved, when, and in which meeting. MeetMemo keeps requirements, approvals and scope decisions searchable and tied to the original conversation.
Where agency projects go wrong
Scope creep, "I thought that was included", and late approvals nearly always trace back to a conversation. The website requirements were discussed in a kickoff, tweaked in two calls and agreed in a hallway. By the time the account manager, designer and developer need the facts, nobody agrees on them.
How agencies can use MeetMemo
- Website requirements. Capture the kickoff and let the notes list client requirements, constraints and open questions. Use the project requirements template for the format.
- Marketing discussions. Keep decisions on audience, channels and messaging apart from brainstormed ideas.
- Approvals. Search for the meeting where the client approved the design direction, and see the source.
- Project scope. Draft a scope of work with in-scope, out-of-scope and acceptance criteria from the discussion, then review it with the client. See notes to proposals.
- Campaign notes and client reporting. Produce progress reports from meeting notes and tasks, with your agency branding. See branded business documents.
Fit and limits
MeetMemo is a personal meeting-memory app for the person running the call. It is not a shared team workspace, a project-management system or a client portal today, and the Business plan is not built. Each team member's meetings live on their own device. AI drafts need review before they go to a client. See pricing for current plans.

Can the whole team share notes?
Not in the current design. Meetings and documents are stored on each person's own device. A Business plan is planned, not built.
Can I export a PDF for the client?
Yes, with your branding, after you review it.
Does it track tasks for the team?
It tracks your own follow-ups. It does not assign tasks to other people.
