AI Meeting Summaries You Can Trust Enough to Check
A good summary is short, specific and honest about what is unclear. MeetMemo writes one from your transcript and keeps decisions, ideas and questions apart.
Built in the current test version of the app, not yet publicly released or fully verified on devices.

What a useful meeting summary does
A summary exists so that someone who was not in the room, or who was in the room but forgot, can understand what happened in a minute. That means it must be short, it must say what was decided, who does what next, and it must not present guesses as facts.
MeetMemo generates its summary from the meeting transcript and structures it into an executive summary, key points, confirmed decisions, proposed ideas, action items, risks and unresolved questions. See AI meeting notes for the full list of sections.
Before and after
Notice what the summary did not do. It did not turn "I think so" into a confirmed budget, and it did not turn a passing idea into a plan.
How to use it
- Record or import the meeting and transcribe it.
- Run the summary step when you are ready. You see what will be sent to the AI service first.
- Read the summary against the transcript for anything important. Timestamps on items let you jump to the original moment.
- Edit what is wrong and share it, or use it as the base for minutes or a proposal.
Limitations
- A summary is only as good as the transcript. Fix transcription errors first.
- AI can misjudge emphasis, sarcasm or decisions made by silence. That is why MeetMemo has an "unclear or uncertain" section and why you should review before sharing.
- Very long meetings are summarized from long transcripts, and detail can be lost. For critical meetings, keep the transcript and check specifics against it.
- Summary language follows the AI language you choose. Quality differs between languages.
Frequently asked questions
Can I change the length or format of the summary?
You can edit every section after it is generated. Document types such as minutes and briefs give different structures. See branded business documents.
Does it invent things?
AI models can make mistakes. MeetMemo's instructions tell the AI to avoid guessing and to flag uncertainty, but you must review the result.
Is my summary shared with anyone?
Summaries are saved on your device. They are sent nowhere unless you share them.
Is this released?
It is in development in the current test version and not yet publicly released.
