Not enough evidence?

When sources do not support an answer, MeetMemo says so instead of guessing.

Why meeting history matters

The questions that cost you time are rarely about last week. They are about three months ago. What did the client say about the integration? Did we agree to include revisions? Who approved the budget? MeetMemo keeps every meeting, note, transcript and document so you can answer these without replaying recordings.

Meetings with context

Each meeting can carry a client name, a project name, a date and an agenda. The client name appears in your meeting list, so you can scan your history by who as well as when. Notes, transcripts, agendas and documents are all part of what gets searched.

Two ways to get answers

  1. Search on your device. Searching notes, transcripts, agendas and documents happens on your phone. Nothing is sent anywhere to search.
  2. Ask a question across meetings. If you want a written answer, MeetMemo takes the best-matching excerpts and, only when you choose, sends those excerpts to an AI service to compose an answer. Each answer lists the excerpts it relied on, with the meeting, and the timestamp in the transcript where one exists.

When there is not enough evidence

If the excerpts do not support an answer, MeetMemo says "not enough evidence" instead of making something up. This matters: a confident wrong answer about what a client agreed is worse than no answer.

Limits and requirements

  • Answers are limited to what you have recorded and kept in MeetMemo.
  • Search quality depends on transcript and notes quality.
  • AI answers need an internet connection and send the selected excerpts to an AI service after you choose to ask. See the Privacy Policy.
  • Search is not a legal record. For disputes, check the original recording.

Frequently asked questions

Does searching upload my meetings?

No. Search runs on your device. Only when you ask for an AI answer are the best-matching excerpts sent.

Can I see where an answer came from?

Yes. Answers list their source excerpts, and transcript sources link to the moment in the recording.

How far back does it go?

As far back as the meetings stored on your device. Deleting a meeting removes it from search.

Is this released?

It is in development in the current test version and not yet publicly released.
