AI Meeting Notes That Separate Decisions From Ideas
Capture a client conversation once and get structured notes you can edit, search and reuse, instead of a wall of transcript or a page of half-remembered bullets.
Built in the current test version of the app, not yet publicly released or fully verified on devices.
Summary
Client wants a new marketing site live before the autumn campaign. Budget range discussed; scope limited to five core pages.
Confirmed decisions

- Add a blog later needs approval
Action items
Illustrative interface preview with sample data. Not a screenshot of a released app.
What MeetMemo's AI meeting notes contain
Most note-taking tools give you either a raw transcript or a short paragraph. MeetMemo organizes a meeting into sections you can scan in a minute and act on:
- Executive summary of what the meeting was about
- Key discussion points and client requirements
- Confirmed decisions, kept apart from proposed ideas that were not confirmed
- Action items with owner and date where they were mentioned
- Budget and pricing references, risks and dependencies, and unresolved questions
- A section for anything unclear or uncertain, and a suggested follow-up message
The separation between a decision and a suggestion is the point. "Let's launch on the 14th" and "maybe we add a blog later" should never end up in the same list.
How it works
- Record or import. Record audio or video in the app, or import a recording you already have. See meeting recording.
- Transcribe. MeetMemo creates a transcript you can read and correct.
- Generate notes. You choose to run the AI step. The transcript is sent to an AI service to write the structured notes, and you see what will be sent before it goes.
- Review and edit. Every section is editable. Notes are saved on your device, encrypted.
- Reuse. Turn action items into tasks, search the notes later, or draft a document from them.
Why it helps
- You stay present. You are not typing during the call, so you can ask better questions.
- Fewer disputes about what was agreed. Decisions are written down with the context they came from.
- Faster follow-ups. The notes already contain the action items and a draft follow-up message.
- Reusable. The same notes feed proposals, minutes and searchable history.
Limitations you should know about
AI notes are drafts. Transcription can mishear names, numbers and accents, and a summary can misread tone or miss a decision made implicitly. MeetMemo shows items it is unsure of in a separate section and never treats an AI suggestion as confirmed, but you remain responsible for checking the notes before you rely on them or send anything to a client.
Notes depend on the quality of the recording. Background noise, several people talking at once and poor microphone placement reduce accuracy. Recordings longer than about 95 minutes cannot be processed in one go today.
MeetMemo does not join video calls on its own. You record in the app or import a recording. Read more in how it works.
Frequently asked questions

Can I edit the notes?
Yes. Every section is editable, and your edits are saved on your device.
Where are my notes stored?
On your device, encrypted. Content is sent to an AI service only when you run an AI action. See the Privacy Policy.
