What you get

MeetMemo drafts meeting minutes from your meeting notes with the sections a client or team expects: agenda, key discussion points, decisions, action items and unresolved questions. You edit the draft, then export a PDF.

How it works

  1. Choose Meeting minutes as the document type for a meeting.
  2. Draft. MeetMemo fills the sections from the meeting's notes. Anything it could not confirm is flagged as unconfirmed.
  3. Review and edit. Fix wording, add attendees, remove what should not be shared.
  4. Resolve flags. Export is held back while unconfirmed sections remain, so a guess is never published silently.
  5. Export a PDF and share it from your phone.

Documents are versioned. A revised version never overwrites the one you approved, so you can always return to what you sent.

Branding

Add your logo, brand colors and business details once, and the PDF uses them. See branded business documents.

Limits and requirements

  • Review is required. Drafts come from AI-generated notes. Check names, dates and decisions before you share.
  • PDF language support. The PDF engine currently renders Latin-script and Cyrillic text reliably. Arabic, Devanagari and some other scripts are not shaped correctly yet, so text in those languages may look wrong in an exported PDF. This is a known limitation we are working on.
  • Plan limits. PDF exports are limited per month: 3 on Free and 100 on Pro. See pricing.
  • Stored on your device. Documents are stored encrypted on your device until you share them.

Frequently asked questions

Can I edit the minutes before exporting?

Yes. Every section is editable, and you control what goes in the PDF.

Can I export Word or Google Docs files?

Not today. Export is PDF.

Are the minutes legally binding?

No. They are a record you prepare. Have them approved by attendees where that matters.

Is this released?

It is in development in the current test version and not yet publicly released.
