- Write decisions as full sentences. "Launch moved to 14 November" is useful. "Launch" is not.
- Keep decisions and ideas apart. If someone only suggested something, put it under discussion, not decisions.
- Every action has a verb, an owner and a date. Without all three, it is a wish.
- Send within 24 hours. Minutes are most valuable while the meeting is fresh.
