How the pieces fit
You draft from a meeting (see notes to proposals), edit the draft, and export a PDF with your branding in the header. Documents are saved on your device, encrypted, and revisions are kept as versions so that the version you sent is never overwritten.
Review before you export
- Details MeetMemo could not confirm are marked and must be reviewed first.
- For quotations, the client name, a quotation number, a validity date, at least one line item and your confirmation of prices, taxes and payment terms are required before finalizing.
- You decide what appears in the PDF.
Limits and requirements
- One branding profile is stored in the app today. Multiple company profiles are planned, not built.
- PDFs render Latin-script and Cyrillic text reliably. Arabic, Devanagari and some other scripts are a known limitation for now.
- Exports are limited per month on each plan: see pricing.
- Documents are drafts for your review. They are not legal advice.
