MeetMemo 1.0.0 - initial launch on Google Play

The first version of MeetMemo for Android, released on Google Play on 11 October 2026.

New features

MeetMemo's first release on Google Play. It is an Android meeting companion that keeps your meeting library private on your phone.

What the first version includes

  • Record and import meetings. Record audio or video on your phone, or import an existing recording. Recording happens on the device and does not need an internet connection.
  • Private by design. Recordings, transcripts, notes, tasks and documents are stored encrypted on your phone, with a key kept in the Android Keystore. They are not stored on MeetMemo's servers.
  • Meetings and scheduling. Schedule meetings by typing or by speaking, add clients and projects, and connect Google Calendar to create, change and cancel events.
  • Transcripts, notes and questions. When you choose to send a recording for processing, MeetMemo can turn it into a transcript and structured notes, and answer questions about your meetings. Nothing is sent without your confirmation, and results are saved only on your phone.
  • Tasks and reminders. Keep action items from your meetings and get reminders.
  • Business documents. Create quotations, proposals and other documents as PDFs under your own company name, logo and colours, and share them from your phone.
  • Sign in with your email. A one-time code is sent to your email. There is no password.
  • Plans. A Free plan, and a Pro plan billed through Google Play.

Notes

  • AI features are optional and depend on the AI service being available.
  • You can delete your account and data at any time, in the app or on the delete account page. See the privacy policy.
