This is Android app build 4, an update to the first version released on Google Play on 11 October 2026. Plan limits, prices and the top-up may still change.

New features

• Free and Pro compared in the app. The subscription screen shows both plans side by side, marks the plan you are on, and shows your usage for the month with the date it resets.
• One-time top-up. Buy extra transcription minutes without a subscription. A top-up does not renew, is used after your monthly minutes, is kept when your month resets, and expires 12 months after purchase. Unused minutes are removed if the purchase is refunded.
• Booking links. Create a link, then copy it, share it with any app on your phone or email it. People choose a free time on a simple page and get a confirmation with a link to cancel. Connect Google Calendar and times you are busy are not offered. You can preview exactly which times a link offers before you send it.
• Share a meeting. Upcoming meetings have a share button that opens your phone's share sheet, so you can send the details by WhatsApp, email, SMS or another app. Your private notes and the attendee list are not included.

Improvements

• Monthly allowances. Free includes 30 transcription minutes, 5 follow-up questions and 3 business documents a month. Pro includes 300 minutes, 30 questions and 20 documents. Allowances reset on the anniversary of the day you signed up, or the day Pro began, not when you open the app.
• Clearer limit messages. When a monthly limit is reached, the app says which one, and points to Pro or a top-up where that helps.
• Recording on your phone never uses credits. Only audio you choose to send for transcription counts.

Notes

• AI features need the AI service to be switched on for your account. If it is paused, the app tells you, and your saved notes and recordings are not affected.
• Guest details from booking links (name, email and an optional note) are deleted 30 days after the meeting. See the privacy policy.
